Position: Data Analyst, Catalog Onboarding 商品目錄分析師
Catalog Onboarding 團隊負責將不同來源的商品資料，轉換為可被系統正確使用且符合品質要求的目錄資料。
在這個職位中，您會使用 SQL 與 Python 處理及分析資料，維護 ETL 資料流程，並透過自動化降低重複性作業與人工作業風險。您也會與相關團隊合作，釐清資料問題、找出根因，並將分析結果轉化為具體的改善方案，您的工作成果將直接影響商品目錄導入的資料品質、處理效率，以及營運團隊掌握作業狀況的能力，
What will you do?
- 開發與最佳化 SQL 查詢，協助團隊快速且準確地取得商品目錄與營運資料，並改善查詢效能。
- 維護 ETL 資料流程，涵蓋資料擷取、轉換、驗證與載入，確保流程能穩定執行，並妥善處理失敗、重跑與異常狀況。
- 整合來自不同來源的商品資料，處理欄位對應、格式不一致、重複紀錄及資料衝突等問題，提升資料的一致性與可用性。
- 建立資料品質檢核機制，追蹤並調查資料完整性問題，釐清問題責任與處理方式，並與相關利害關係人合作完成修正。
- 自動化日常資料作業與分析流程，減少重複性人工操作，並為流程加入資料驗證、監控及例外處理機制。
- 建立並分析營運指標、儀表板與報表，從數據中找出異常、趨勢及問題根因，提出具體且能被執行的改善建議。
Basic Qualifications
- 具備 SQL 查詢開發經驗，能處理較複雜的資料查詢，並可針對查詢效能進行分析與最佳化。
- 具備 ETL 或資料管線的開發、維護經驗，了解資料擷取、轉換、驗證、載入及異常處理的完整流程。
- 能整合及分析多來源的結構化資料，並處理欄位差異、資料格式、重複值與衝突紀錄。
- 對資料品質具有責任感，能建立驗證規則、追蹤問題、分析原因，並推動問題修復。
- 具備資料流程自動化經驗，能將重複性工作轉換為可執行、可驗證且可監控的流程。
- 能從資料中辨識模式與異常，建立可驗證的假設，並審慎區分相關性與真正的問題根因。
- 能將營運需求轉換為清楚的指標、分析結果及行動建議。
- 具備儀表板或商業報表開發經驗，能從使用者需求及指標定義出發，完成資料驗證與結果呈現。
- 曾在資料工作流程中使用生成式 AI 或提示工程，並具備檢查輸出、辨識錯誤及調整提示內容的實際經驗。
- 能獨立安排工作優先順序、管理交付內容及相依事項，並在發現風險時主動溝通與升級。
- 具備商務英文能力
Preferred Qualifications
- 具備 2年以上 SQL 與 Python 相關實務經驗。
- 熟悉 Python，並曾用於資料讀取、清理、轉換、驗證、除錯或流程自動化。
- 曾建置 Google Sheets 自動化流程，或使用 Google Sheets 進行營運資料追蹤、更新與驗證。
- 能閱讀 SQL query plan，並曾透過索引調整、查詢邏輯改善或降低資料掃描量來提升效能。
- 曾負責端到端資料管線，包括資料擷取、轉換、驗證、載入、監控與失敗復原。
- 曾將人工或重複性資料作業，改造成可執行、可自動驗證且便於後續維護的流程。
- 曾針對生成式 AI 的提示方式進行測試，並比較不同提示對輸出品質、穩定性或可重現性的影響。
- 曾獨立完成儀表板或報表，包含釐清業務問題、定義指標、選擇呈現方式、安排資料更新及驗證輸出結果。
- 具備商品資料、產品資料、主資料或其他多來源結構化資料的比對、標準化與品質分析經驗。
- 能清楚說明自己直接負責的範圍、交付成果、相依關係、問題升級界線及最終影響。
