As a Data Analyst embedded in the CEO Office, you will dive deep into data to uncover insights that guide business-critical decisions. Youll be working cross-functionally, presenting analysis to leadership, and gradually transitioning into a Functional Analyst role to help optimize business performance across departments.
What you'll do:
- Partner with the CEO Office on high-impact initiatives, from identifying business challenges to delivering data-driven insights.
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor KPIs and strategic goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover trends and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Present your findings to senior leadership in a clear, impactful manner both visually and verbally.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to understand operational needs and prepare for a future functional role.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that shape the banks strategic direction.
- Keep your skills sharp by staying updated on the latest in data tools and analytics best practices.
Qualification:
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and one or more of: Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen business sense.
- Excellent communication skills especially in translating data into clear stories for non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
- Bonus: project management skills and a knack for cross-functional teamwork.
