Data Analyst (Cupid Media)

Cupid Media continues to grow and is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join the team. As a Marketing Analyst you'll live and breathe reporting on and interpreting data to assist the wider marketing team in their efforts.

Your role will include:

• Democratize data access and share insights across the team and department;
• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies across the team from our existing reporting tools and build new reports;
  Help document, track and lead our internal testing efforts to better the product and marketing efforts;

With over 60 million customers across 33 different brands coming from every country on earth, Cupid Media loves data and you will play a key role in helping turn data into knowledge.

What we expect that you have:

• Degree in marketing/IT or related field;
• 3 years+ working in a similar role;
• Prior experience in Data Analytics role is essential;
• Prior experience with SQL;
• Demonstrated ability with Tableau or a similar data visualisation tool;
• Decision making and problem-solving skills using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives and propose quality solutions;
• Ability to interpret data and its meaning for the industry;
• Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platfrom, Azure or AWS;
• Experience with testing tools such as UserTesting, VWO, Google Optimize;
• Experience working with Python;
• Experience with leading or working in rapid testing environment.
