Strategy & Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Insights: Analyse and identify opportunities to improve transaction matching efficiency, pricing and other key business metrics. Develop actionable solutions and drive continuous improvements in business strategies and product features to achieve business objectives.

2. Analytics Efficiency: Design appropriate experiments and measurement frameworks for different optimisation strategies. Continuously improve experimental design, analytical methodologies and tools to enhance the reliability of results and accelerate strategy iteration.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Algorithm, Operations and Product teams to leverage resources effectively, improve collaboration efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field. At least 1 year of work experience, including experience in the internet or logistics industry. Familiarity with transaction-matching platforms is preferred.

2. Business Acumen: Strong ability to understand user needs, analyse business data, identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.

3. Data Analytics: Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python and data analytics tools. Relevant data analysis experience and strong data sensitivity are required.

4. Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong logical thinking, cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with a willingness to learn, strong self-motivation and good documentation skills.
