Data Analyst / Data Engineer (Commercial Insurance)

• Translate business needs into data-driven solutions with stakeholders
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Ensure data quality and integrity across sources and processes

• Professional experience with data and exposure to data engineering concepts
• SQL proficiency with understanding of query optimization and indexing in RDBMS or big data
• Experience with cloud technologies and solution design (Microsoft Azure, Databricks)
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Scala, or R)
• Hands-on experience across data lifecycle (gathering, cleaning, visualization, reporting)
• Interest or experience in AI/ML techniques, particularly NLP/text analytics
• Previous insurance experience is an advantage
• Can-do attitude and focus on delivering user-friendly business solutions
• Strong teamwork and communication; ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus
