Analyze revenue performance, portfolio growth, and product profitability.
Track and report key business KPIs (acquisition, conversion, retention, portfolio quality, P&L performance).
Monitor SME lending portfolio performance (disbursements, utilization, delinquency trends). - Partnerships & Commercial Insights
Evaluate partnership performance and unit economics.
Build dashboards to monitor partner contribution, volumes, and profitability.
Support partnership negotiations with data-backed insights and projections. - Forecasting & Planning
Develop financial and operational forecasts.
Conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
Support budgeting and target-setting exercises. - Market
& Opportunity Analysis
Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior.
Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
Support new product launches with feasibility and performance analysis. - Reporting
& Dashboards
Build automated dashboards using BI tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly executive performance reports.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Finance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams.
Translate business questions into data models and actionable insights.
Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and presentations.
Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Gender: Any.
English: Good.
