Role purpose

Drive and support the company’s ongoing journey within data, digitalisation, automation and business intelligence.

The role combines data analysis, business process improvement, HubSpot development, automation and systems integration. Working closely with Management and teams across the organisation, the role helps turn business needs and data into better processes, improved efficiency and stronger decision-making.

As the main resource in this area, the role offers significant autonomy to identify opportunities, develop initiatives and shape its own agenda, while working in close alignment with Management and the company’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

Data & Business Intelligence

  • Develop and improve dashboards, reporting and BI solutions to support Management and business decision-making.

  • Analyse business data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.

  • Establish reliable reporting and data structures across key business areas.

  • Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement through data.

  • Support Management with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven decision support.

HubSpot & Business Processes

  • Develop and continuously improve HubSpot as a key business platform.

  • Design and optimise workflows, processes, automations and reporting within HubSpot.

  • Improve data quality, structures and processes across the CRM.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to further digitalise and streamline processes across sales, marketing, customer and other business functions.

Automation & Digitalisation

  • Identify manual, repetitive or inefficient processes that could benefit from automation.

  • Design and implement automated workflows and solutions across the business.

  • Continuously evaluate opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency through technology.

  • Support the organisation in adopting new digital tools and ways of working.

Systems & Integrations

  • Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and internal and external software systems.

  • Work with APIs, integration platforms and data flows to connect systems and reduce manual data handling.

  • Help ensure data is consistent, accessible and reliable across different platforms.

  • Collaborate with external software providers and internal stakeholders on system improvements and integrations.

Collaboration & Business Support

  • Work closely with Management to understand priorities, challenges and opportunities where data and technology can create value.

  • Collaborate with teams across the company to map processes, understand requirements and implement improvements.

  • Proactively identify opportunities rather than working solely from predefined requirements.

  • Communicate insights and technical solutions in a clear and business-oriented way.

Role characteristics

This is a broad and hands-on role sitting at the intersection of Data, Technology, Operations and Business.

While working closely with Management and other teams, the role has the freedom to identify areas for improvement, propose initiatives and shape its own roadmap. The focus is not only on producing analysis, but on turning insights into practical improvements through better processes, automation, systems and data.

The role therefore combines analysis, problem-solving, implementation and collaboration, with the opportunity to have a visible impact on how the company operates and makes decisions.

If you like one of our open job posts, we encourage you to apply. We are less concerned with a person meeting 100% of the job requirements, and are more interested in working with friendly and genuine, people.
