Introduction & Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to contribute to the Individual Rights Workflow Tool project. This role requires strong analytical skills to enhance data collection methods, ultimately optimizing the data sourcing process. Ideal candidates must possess proficiency in data structures, governance, and have the ability to effectively manage stakeholder communications.

Main Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will conduct comprehensive analysis focused on data collection improvements, including:

• Assessing current data sourcing processes and identifying areas for optimization.

• Documenting data structures and their current states.

• Analyzing data ownership and governance.

• Exploring future data sourcing options.

• Providing documentation for deliverables associated with each data point and dataset.

• Collaborating effectively with various stakeholders for input on challenges and solutions.

Key Requirements

• Data collection analysis experience.

• Expertise in analyzing data structures and flows.

• Understanding of data ownership and governance.

• Experience with API integrations.

• High attention to detail and ability to work with structured and unstructured data.

• Adept at identifying business rules and current-state processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to coordinate input from diverse teams.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or similar regulated industries.
