Data Analyst
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support the accuracy, integrity and timely processing of invoicing activities across the business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring pricing accuracy, revenue protection, customer satisfaction, and process compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business units.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end invoicing activities, ensuring data accuracy, pricing correctness, invoice completeness, and timely billing within required service standards.
Monitor connotes, invoice status, credit notes, duplicate billings, invoice rejections, and exceptions to protect revenue and maintain strong cash flow outcomes.
Administer customer portals, including ARIBA and other client systems, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and service expectations.
Maintain high standards of data quality across business systems, including ICS, identifying and resolving discrepancies, system issues, and process gaps.
Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators relating to invoicing, operational performance, portal activity, data accuracy, pricing accuracy, WHS, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and business insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build strong relationships with Business Units, customers, contractors, and key stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain service excellence.
Investigate risks, trends, recurring issues, and operational challenges, implementing corrective actions and escalation pathways where required.
Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, eliminating duplication, reducing processing times, and improving operational efficiency.
Maintain and enhance process documentation, including playbooks, cheat sheets, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), training materials, and LMS resources.
About you
Previous experience in invoicing, accounts administration, revenue assurance, data quality, business support, or a similar operational role
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Experience working with ERP, invoicing, CRM, logistics, or operational management systems
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience using customer portals, including ARIBA or similar platforms (highly desirable)
Advanced organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
