About the Role
As a Data Analyst within the GoTo Financial Lending Operations team, you will get hands-on experience in a fast-paced consumer lending environment. What You Will Do

Support Operational Requests: Manage and prioritize incoming data-related queries from the broader operations team.

Maintain Data Accuracy: Perform routine data refreshes to ensure business continuity and accuracy.

Monitor Dashboards: Maintain and update existing operational dashboards so the team always has a clear view of performance.

Extract Insights: Execute ad-hoc data pulls to answer specific, time-sensitive business questions.

Develop Reporting: Assist in designing and building new operational reports as you grow and learn in the role.
What You Will Need
- 1–2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Growth Analytics, or a related role; Fresh graduates with strong project portfolios or relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Possess a foundational understanding of Microsoft Excel (e.g., comfortable with basic formulas, filtering, and data entry).

Demonstrate a strong, genuine eagerness to learn about data analytics and business intelligence.

About the Team
The GoTo Financial Lending Operations team is the engine that keeps our consumer lending business running safely, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset. We are a dynamic, cross-functional group covering the entire operational lifecycle, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Quality Assurance (QA), Operation Support, CRM Operations, Anti-Fraud, and Customer Service. By joining our team, you will get a 360-degree view of how a lending business operates on the ground floor. You will partner directly with these diverse units, acting as their data liaison to ensure they have the insights necessary to protect our business and serve our customers.
