As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support business decisions and drive performance. You collect, analyse, and interpret complex datasets, develop reports and dashboards, and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Working closely with stakeholders across functions, you ensure data accuracy. Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Use Python or R for data analysis, data manipulation, and automation.
- Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and manipulate data.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present analytical findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions. Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- B tech or a bachelor s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field with at least 4-6 years of work experience.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
