Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to our business operations. - Utilize advanced Excel functions and Power BI to create reports and dashboards that visualize data trends and insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. - Develop and maintain MIS reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics. - Use Think Cell for creating impactful presentations that communicate data findings effectively. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis tasks. Required Skills: - Proficiency in advanced Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques. - Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. - Familiarity with MIS reporting and data management practices. - Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
