Data Analyst
6 Months | Remote | Outside IR35
The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to join a fast-growing consumer business, supporting a key product initiative focused on improving local partner discovery and engagement.
You will work with large and sometimes fragmented datasets to identify data quality issues, enrich existing records using external sources and APIs, and create reliable datasets for analysis and commercial activity.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse, cleanse, match and enrich partner and business data.
- Identify data quality issues, gaps, anomalies and root causes.
- Integrate and analyse external data sources through APIs, including location and business information.
- Build automated workflows for data enrichment, validation and reporting.
- Use AI/LLMs to support data matching, enrichment, validation and analysis.
- Design reporting frameworks for product experiments and A/B tests.
- Analyse product behaviour and experimentation through Amplitude.
- Build and maintain data models using SQL and dbt.
- Develop automated dashboards covering product, partner, campaign and data quality performance.
- Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for Product, CRM and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Hands-on dbt experience.
- Experience using Amplitude for product analytics and/or experimentation.
- Strong experience working with APIs and external datasets.
- Data quality, cleansing, enrichment, matching and validation experience.
- A/B testing and product experimentation.
- BI/dashboarding experience - Lightdash or similar.
- Experience automating data workflows and reporting.
- Practical exposure to AI/LLMs for analytics, data enrichment or automation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience within a marketplace, retail, e-commerce, subscription, membership, loyalty or other B2C environment would be particularly beneficial.
