You’ll also play an important role in optimizing our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and other systems by supporting staff training, workflow improvements, system enhancements, and the effective use of available data.

If you enjoy solving problems, uncovering trends, and helping people use data to make a difference, we invite you to bring your analytical skills to Riverbend!

This is a 100% on-site position located at our Concord, NH office. Due to the nature and operational responsibilities of this role, remote work or hybrid scheduling is not available at this time.

Why Join Us?

At Riverbend, your work contributes to something bigger than a report or dashboard. You’ll help strengthen the information, systems, and decision-making processes that support our teams and the individuals and families we serve.

Join a collaborative organization where your analytical expertise can make a meaningful impact on the delivery of community mental health care.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion Data Quality: Promote accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports, systems, and departmental data sources.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with agency leaders and teams to support reporting needs, answer data-related questions, and provide insights that inform planning and operational decisions.
  • Optimize Systems & Workflows: Support EMR training, system enhancements, new tools, and workflow implementations to improve efficiency and data utilization.
  • Support Organizational Improvement: Help teams understand and effectively use available healthcare data to strengthen processes, improve reporting, and support Riverbend’s mission.

Who You Are:

You’re a curious, detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys turning complex information into practical solutions. You understand the importance of accurate data in healthcare and thrive in a collaborative environment where your work supports teams across an organization.

You bring strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, the ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You’re comfortable working with multiple data sources, balancing competing priorities, and helping others understand how data can support better decisions.

Most importantly, you want your work to have a purpose—and you’re excited to use your skills to support community mental health services.
