Data Analyst – HTS & Lab Data Insights

Axxam is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data Sciences Team in the Data & Digital Operations area. The role involves data management, analysis and reporting across various HTS campaigns, requiring strong communication with scientists and international clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Biotechnology, Statistics or Data Science, with hands-on experience in data processing, visualization, and interpretation, plus proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Analyse HTS results across a broad variety of assay types and generate reports in English. Support data analyses and prepare presentations for clients and internal teams. Collaborate with scientists and IT experts to ensure accurate data management. Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Statistics or Data Science. Experience in data processing, visualization and interpretation. Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Able to work in a highly collaborative environment. Experience with HTS data processing desirable. Knowledge of Genedata Screener is a plus. Knowledge of R and/or Python is a plus. Experience with Prism, Knime and Dotmatics Vortex is a plus. Fluent English (spoken and written).
