Fundraising Data Analyst

• Serve as a core member of the shared services team, providing the data, reporting, and analytical support needed to advance fundraising priorities.
• Generate accurate, segmented constituent and prospect lists for appeals, events, stewardship, and other fundraising initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure by creating standardized reporting processes and documenting consistent definitions, data standards, and policies for fundraising data.
• Analyze fundraising data and trends; develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide leadership with actionable insights and data-informed recommendations to improve fundraising performance, strategy, and decision-making.
• Serve as cross-functional backup support for other roles on the Operations team, performing overlapping duties as needed to ensure continuity of operations and completing other responsibilities as assigned.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's

degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
