- Support root cause identification for dashboard/report issues through data validation and error pattern analysis.
- Perform root-cause analysis for dashboard/report discrepancies using Google BigQuery (SQL) and escalat??
- Document findings related to dashboard inconsistencies, query mismatches, and recurring issues.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining dashboards/reports using Google Sheets and Google Looker Studio.
- Support dashboard QA and validation in collaboration with engineering and business teams.
- Gather, clean, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting purposes.
- Support exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and support report enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
- Open for fresh graduates; internship experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and SQL (Google BigQuery / Standard SQL).
- Strong understanding of data analytics and data processing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
