Junior Level: 1-2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and product performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
Explore customer behaviors, market trends, and new business opportunities through data analysis.
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for executives and business stakeholders.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain automated data processing and reporting solutions.
Develop analytical models using structured and unstructured datasets.
Support data-driven decision-making across various business functions.
Collaborate closely with business users, data engineers, and technology teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions.
Participate in Machine Learning and AI initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
For Senior-level candidates, lead analytics projects, mentor junior team members, and engage with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
Junior: 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Senior: 5-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel.
Experience using Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Experience with SQL, Machine Learning, or AI-related projects will be an advantage.
