Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst who can independently transform complex data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decisions. This role combines advanced analytics, Tableau reporting, and emerging AI-driven solutions to help stakeholders solve business challenges, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate has strong SQL and data visualization expertise, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys owning analytical projects from end to end. This individual will partner closely with business leaders, build impactful dashboards, uncover trends and risks within large datasets, and leverage automation and AI to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex analyses to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business drivers.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and related tools.
  • Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries across large and complex datasets.
  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and communicate results.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and AI-driven analytics solutions.
  • Solve moderately complex and non-standard business problems with minimal guidance.
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes.
  • Document methodologies, business rules, and reporting processes.
  • Serve as a resource to team members by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and coaching.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python or other analytical tools.
  • Ability to perform with a high degree of autonomy, leading complex analytical work, solving ambiguous business challenges and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Healthcare, insurance, or other data-intensive industry experience.

LOCATION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT: This position offers remote work flexibility for candidates who reside in one of our eligible hiring states: Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Texas, Wisconsin, or Michigan.
