Job Summary
- 40% Analytics & Insights: Deliver meaningful analysis and business recommendations.
- 40% Reporting & Tableau: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- 20% AI & Automation: Drive innovation through automation and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex analyses to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business drivers.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and related tools.
- Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries across large and complex datasets.
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
- Partner directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and communicate results.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and AI-driven analytics solutions.
- Solve moderately complex and non-standard business problems with minimal guidance.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes.
- Document methodologies, business rules, and reporting processes.
- Serve as a resource to team members by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Python or other analytical tools.

Ability to perform with a high degree of autonomy, leading complex analytical work, solving ambiguous business challenges and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions.
- Healthcare, insurance, or other data-intensive industry experience.
