Jobs Description
- Gather business requirements and business processes from business users
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Collaborate between IT teams and business teams to understand complex business questions.
- Performing requirements analysis
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Perform process analysis methodology to identify defect/impact of the business processes
- Perform business analysis methodology to identify business gap
- Document comprehensive business requirement specification including business process diagram and business rule
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Create deliverable documents including Business requirement document
- Suggest and recommend business/process/IT solutions
- Documenting and communicating the results to business team and team members.
- Manage project implementation to finish within timeline and cover all deliverable
- Involved with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science
- Junior BA: 2-5 years or Senior BA: over 5 years experienced in Project Implementation on Data Analytic is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Systems Development Life cycle
- Good interpersonal, communication skill, Ability to make effective formal presentations Excellence skills and knowledge of Advanced analytical skill and capability to generating ideas or solutions for problems
- Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills Strong prioritization skill & planning skill
- Good command of English
