<h1>Job Title: Data Analyst</h1><h1>About the Role</h1>We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage data analysis, statistical techniques, visualization, and business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, develop meaningful reports and dashboards, and help optimize business to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<h2>What You'll Do</h2><h3>Data Analysis & Business Insights</h3><ul><li>Analyze large, structured, and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.</li><li>Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), data profiling, and statistical analysis to generate actionable insights.</li><li>Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.</li><li>Identify business problems and opportunities through quantitative analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, analytical objectives, and key performance indicators.</li><li>Perform root-cause analysis to understand business performance and operational issues.</li></ul><h3>Data Preparation & Management</h3><ul><li>Extract, transform, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.</li><li>Perform data wrangling and preprocessing to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.</li><li>Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with relevant teams.</li><li>Develop reusable datasets and analytical data models to support reporting and analysis.</li><li>Work with data engineering teams to improve data availability and accessibility.</li></ul><h3>Reporting & Data Visualization</h3><ul><li>Develop dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using modern BI tools.</li><li>Monitor business KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.</li><li>Design effective visualizations that communicate trends and insights clearly.</li><li>Automate recurring reports and analytical workflows.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership.</li></ul><h3>Business & Product Analytics</h3><ul><li>Analyze customer, product, financial, operational, marketing, and business performance data.</li><li>Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Conduct cohort, funnel, segmentation, and trend analysis where applicable.</li><li>Support experimentation, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven analysis.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Partner with product, engineering, marketing, finance, risk, operations, and business teams.</li><li>Translate business questions into analytical requirements and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Work with stakeholders to establish consistent metric definitions and reporting standards.</li><li>Communicate complex analytical concepts in a simple and business-friendly manner.</li></ul><h3>Process Improvement & Automation</h3><ul><li>Identify repetitive analytical and reporting processes and automate them.</li><li>Build reusable analytical frameworks, queries, and reporting templates.</li><li>Improve data and reporting processes to increase efficiency and reliability.</li><li>Contribute to data governance, documentation, and analytical best practices.</li></ul><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><h3>Educational Background</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.</li></ul><h3>Technical Expertise</h3><ul><li>Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.</li><li>Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and analytical methodologies.</li><li>Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.</li><li>Strong understanding of data cleaning, data validation, and exploratory data analysis.</li><li>Familiarity with relational databases and data warehouses.</li></ul><h3>Professional Experience</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, or a related analytical role.</li><li>Experience working with large and complex datasets.</li><li>Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.</li><li>Experience developing dashboards, reports, and business performance metrics.</li><li>Strong
