Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst who is responsible for collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and interpreting beverage purchasing, sales, and programming data to provide actionable insights that support business performance, supplier partnerships, and strategic decision-making across participating properties. This role will evaluate beverage sales and revenue, outlet performance, market and regional trends, guest satisfaction, distributor depletion activity, supplier program performance, and industry trends. The Data Analyst will transform data from multiple internal and external sources into clear, measurable reporting that demonstrates program effectiveness, identifies growth opportunities, and supports strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and able to translate complex data into clear business insights for both internal stakeholders and external supplier partners. Demonstrated success with using and validating AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness is a big bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis
• Consolidate and evaluate purchasing and sales data from participating properties and multiple internal and external data sources.
• Analyze beverage sales, revenue, volume, and performance trends.
• Evaluate beverage performance across various property outlets, including Restaurants, In-room dining, Lobby bars, Meetings and events, and pools.
• Analyze market, state, regional, industry, and competitive trends.
• Evaluate and overlay Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS) and Intent to Recommend (ITR) data in relation to beverage program performance.
• Identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and areas of concern within available datasets.
• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability before reporting.
• Organize and maintain recurring datasets and analytical reports.

Program Performance & Effectiveness
• Analyze the effectiveness and business impact of beverage program initiatives, including Beverage program mandates, Menu placements, Signature cocktail programs, Supplier-funded activations, BarSTIR and on-property training initiatives, and digital resources, including MIBEV and Nitecapp.
• Measure the performance and effectiveness of individual programs and initiatives.
• Identify relationships between program initiatives and business outcomes.
• Develop insights and recommendations based on available performance data.
• Support the evaluation of opportunities to improve beverage revenue, program execution, and overall property performance.

Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics/ business analytics, marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong organizational skills when working with multiple clients, stakeholders, and team members; proficient in utilizing digital notes, dashboards, reporting platforms, AI tools, and other technology to organize, analyze, and communicate information effectively.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI, data-mining, and emerging analytical technologies to enhance data collection, identify trends and patterns, uncover business opportunities, and develop actionable insights and recommendations
• Experience in Hospitality, Supply Chain Beverage Program, or Event Planning, activations, and/or a successful track record of completing high-level Project Management duties
• Proficient level of experience collecting and analyzing data; experience creating or following program metrics to measure results is a plus
• Project management experience is a plus
• Experience in maintaining a database for budgets and records of expenditures; reported frequently
• Experience communicating and presenting effectively with all levels of management, including high-level stakeholders
• Takes initiative and is a part of the solution to issues and problems that arise
• Ability to multitask, handling several projects simultaneously and efficiently
• High-energy interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• High proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is a must
• Excellent organizational, in-person/virtual presentation, and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and work under minimal direction
• Hospitable, with a service-prone, client-first mentality

• Alcohol beverage knowledge-related products, and the three-tiered system
• Food and Beverage operations
• Hospitality and/or supply chain sales data or purchasing analysis
