Data Analyst Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and impact-driven Business Analyst Manager to design, build, and deploy our customer segmentation framework. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic business execution—taking ownership of an end-to-end analytics pipeline that turns raw customer insights into actionable, revenue-generating initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Framework Development: Design, refine, and deploy a robust, data-driven customer segmentation framework tailored to business and marketing objectives.
End-to-End Implementation: Build and maintain scalable, end-to-end systems and workflows to seamlessly integrate customer segments into business operations and targeted marketing systems.
Performance Monitoring: Establish processes, tools, and validation mechanisms to consistently monitor model performance, data integrity, and segmentation accuracy over time.
Market & Trend Analysis: Leverage advanced data analytics to identify market trends, forecast business outcomes, and uncover opportunities to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive, ad-hoc analyses to evaluate complex business cases, track user behaviors, and support strategic decision-making.
Dashboard & Visualization: Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards and visual reports (primarily using Tableau) to empower self-service analytics for business users.
KPI Reporting: Deliver timely, precise performance reports and regularly brief local and regional leadership teams on key metrics and insights.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a closely related analytical role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Data Languages: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data extraction, manipulation, and statistical modeling.
Visualization Tools: Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau strongly preferred, Looker Studio, or Google Analytics).
Soft Skills & Core Competencies
Problem-Solving & Ownership: Strong initiative, high accountability, and an independent problem-solving mindset capable of structuring ambiguous problems.
Project & Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple high-impact tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Language: Professional working proficiency/fluency in English.
