Role Summary
Support Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) onboarding initiatives by performing source analysis, data profiling, mapping, documentation, and assessment activities. The role works closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to prepare CRM and Marketing Automation Platform data for onboarding into the unified customer data model.
Responsibilities
- Profile sources, document populations/fields/relationships, support mappings, MAP assessments, and source evidence.
- Inventory sources, environments, and access; profile CRM populations.
- Assess Eloqua and Pardot; map sources to the canonical model.
- Source discovery and source-to-target mapping specifications; business rule elicitation; data lineage and dictionary documentation.
- Gap and fit analysis against the canonical model; workshops with CRM/MAP owners; data volume and retention analysis; UAT support.

- Experience supporting data onboarding, profiling, and assessment activities within enterprise data programs.
