Data Analyst & ML - MNC Perm role

Our client is a leading global logistics company with an international presence. They are looking for a Data Analyst with Machine Learning and BI experience to join a growing data team and contribute to a global project built from the ground up.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a greenfield global data project, where you will have the chance to build solutions from 0 to 1, leveraging the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI while working with international stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business insights, trends, and opportunities.
• Develop and implement Machine Learning models to support business and operational needs.
• Contribute to the design and development of data and BI solutions from the ground up using Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
• Work closely with international stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Fabric and Power BI features and functionalities.
• Provide technical and functional support to internal users for BI tools and reporting solutions.
• Perform data preparation, data analysis, and data quality checks to ensure reliable reporting and insights.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, IT teams, and business stakeholders on global data, analytics, and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role, with hands-on Machine Learning experience.
• Strong experience in Python and SQL, with knowledge of data analytics and visualization.
• Experience with Power BI; knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Azure is highly preferred.
• Experience in developing and applying ML models in real-world business environments.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related industries is preferred, but candidates from other industries with strong Data Analytics and ML experience are welcome.
