Data Analyst (Onsite)

DATA ANALYST We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to support a large-scale catalog expansion project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and SellerCloud, along with strong Excel and data management skills. This role is responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings across multiple marketplaces while ensuring catalog accuracy, SEO optimization, marketplace compliance, and overall channel health. Key Responsibilities Product Listing & Catalog Management Export and manage product data from SellerCloud Create, optimize, and publish product listings in bulk Structure and clean listing files using Excel, CSV, and TXT formats Complete missing product attributes using verified sources Manage large-scale catalog expansion and listing migration projects Maintain catalog accuracy and consistency across marketplaces SEO & Marketplace Optimization Conduct keyword research for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes, and backend keywords Improve search visibility and marketplace rankings Monitor listing performance and implement content improvements Ensure all listing content complies with marketplace requirements Marketplace Channel Health Monitor listing quality scores and account health metrics Resolve suppressed listings, variation issues, and catalog errors Improve listing completeness and visibility Reduce compliance risks and listing errors Support Buy Box eligibility and overall marketplace performance Qualifications Required: Several years of eCommerce experience Strong experience with Amazon, Walmart, and eBay Experience with Shopify Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong understanding of SKU structures, variations, and marketplace attributes Experience handling large product catalogs and bulk uploads Excellent English communication skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred: Direct experience using SellerCloud Basic SQL knowledge Experience with catalog migrations and large-scale listing projects Marketplace SEO experience Experience improving listing quality scores and account health metrics Basic image editing skills What We're Looking For: Highly detail-oriented Organized and process-driven Comfortable working with large datasets and 10,000+ listings Proactive and solution-oriented Able to identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities Why apply with us?
