Requirements:- Proven experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Power Query, and pivot tables
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Proficiency in SQL and experience querying relational databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data across the business
- Work closely with senior management and department leaders
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical models to provide insight into business performance, customer behaviour, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes

We are recruiting for an owner-managed, high-growth e-commerce and manufacturing business based in Bradford. This is a newly created role in a fast-paced environment, requiring commercial awareness and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. The full-time role is office-based, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with in-person work. Salary is up to £45,000, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits including casual dress, a company pension, and free on-site parking.
