Data Analyst
Summary
A data analyst at Oxylabs in Vilnius who builds metrics, reports, and dashboards, monitors user behavior to flag fraud, creates marketing data pipelines, and automates manual processes. Core stack is SQL (ideally with dbt) plus BI/visualization tools like Power BI.
In this role, you’ll:

Identify key metrics and create reports and dashboards to track them

Monitor and analyze our metrics and user behaviour to identify cases of fraud or suspicious behaviour and create automated flows to flag and ban such users

Analyze marketing funnels and create the data pipelines to ingest and enrich marketing data

Automate processes and flows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

Create well-defined hypotheses and analyze users’ tendencies to better understand our users and find improvement opportunities

Perform ad-hoc analyses
Your skills & experience:
-
2-4 years of experience in an analytical role
-
Good knowledge of SQL
-
Experience working with data modelling (ideally with dbt, but using SQL works as well)

Experience working with some of the various data analysis and visualization tools (we use Power BI, but Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Grafana or any other tool works as well)

Ability to raise and evaluate hypotheses about business performance
Nice to have requirements:

Experience with automating processes

Experience with identifying and combating fraud
