About the Role
We are a multinational company seeking talented professionals to join our team as a Data Analyst within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to generate insights that support business decisions. This role focuses on building reports, dashboards, and data solutions that improve efficiency, identify trends, and drive performance across the business.
This is a 100% remote, working closely with business teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques
- Develop ongoing reports and analysis
- Design and implement data solutions to improve efficiency and data quality
- Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources
- Identify trends and patterns in complex datasets
- Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Automate and improve existing reporting processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support junior team members when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree completed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Microsoft SQL (required)
- Power BI (required)
- Experience with Databricks or similar (preferred)
- Python (preferred)
- Advanced English (written and verbal)
