Data Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, clean, validate and reconcile operational data from SAP, WMS and other sources; maintain data accuracy, integrity and reporting documentation.

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports for management and customers.

• Monitor inbound/outbound productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, cycle times, order fulfilment and resource utilisation.

• Analyse performance trends and gaps; conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical corrective actions and process improvements.

• Automate repetitive reports and data consolidation using advanced Excel, VBA Macros, Power Query, Power BI and, where applicable, SQL.

• Support manpower planning, workload forecasting and productivity tracking with data-driven insights.

• Partner with Operations, Planning, Inventory, Engineering and Management to define reporting needs and support continuous improvement projects; measure results.

• Prepare ad-hoc customer/management analyses, presentation materials and performance review reports.
