Data Analyst (Power BI) | Insurance & Financial Services | Multiple Openings

Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 per month

TechForce is partnering with a leading insurer to support their growing Data & AI team.

We are seeking talented Data Analysts who are passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions and deliver meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements

• Translate business needs into effective data visualization and reporting solutions

• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reporting deliverables

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Data & AI organization to deliver analytics solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline

• Mid-Level Data Analysts: 3-5 years of Data Analytics experience

• Senior Data Analysts: 6-8 years of Data Analytics experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization

• Previous experience within the Insurance industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based data platforms

Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
