Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Maintain data quality, KPI definitions, and reporting documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and advanced analytics initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with databases, data analysis, and BI tools.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
