Data Analyst-Quick commerce (Bangalore, Devarabisanahalli)

Role & responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to orders, sales, inventory, and deliveries.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Monitor key business metrics such as order volume, revenue, cancellations, and delivery performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Track dark-store performance, stock availability, and product demand.
• Work with operations and business teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
• Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, retail, or logistics is preferred.
