Data Analyst
Summary
Analyze financial and business data to build dashboards, reports, and models that guide strategic decisions at a global fintech payments company.
You will lead complex data analyses, translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks, build dashboards, reports, and data models, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, and uphold analytical standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analyses to drive strategic business decisions
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data models
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from large, complex datasets
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
- Define and uphold analytical standards across the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst in a high-tech environment
- SQL and Python as core working languages
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools
- Looker experience is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong storytelling skills and ownership
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
