Requirements:- Previous experience within a Data Analyst, MI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Business Intelligence role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience extracting, manipulating, and presenting data
- The ability to create clear reports, dashboards, and visualisations
- Excellent attention to detail and data quality focus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Desirable: Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling, and report development
- Desirable: SQL
- Desirable: Experience working within public sector, housing, customer services, or similarly regulated environments
- Desirable: Knowledge of performance reporting and KPI analysis
- Producing regular and ad-hoc management information and performance reports
