Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project
You will be involved in a strategic financial sector initiative focused on delivering and maintaining the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) Register of Information (ROI). The project aims to ensure regulatory compliance through effective data management, governance, and reporting processes, while enhancing the organisation’s operational resilience and oversight of ICT third-party service providers.
Responsibilities you'll have
Analyse and consolidate data from multiple internal sources, including sourcing, contracts, ICT services, and risk-related systems
Support the design, validation, and reconciliation of data models required for DORA Register of Information (ROI) reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders across sourcing, risk, IT, legal, and compliance functions to ensure data consistency, completeness, and regulatory alignment
Drive delivery of key regulatory requirements by ensuring adherence to DORA standards and internal governance frameworks
Identify data quality issues, gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks, proposing and coordinating appropriate remediation actions
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of processes, standards, and documentation related to ROI data collection and management
Take ownership of key ROI datasets, ensuring their quality, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance throughout the BAU phase
Establish and monitor data quality controls, governance measures, and performance indicators to support sustainable data management
Support internal and external audits as well as ongoing regulatory reporting activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across data processes, reporting capabilities, and supporting tools
Expected competences and knowledge
More than 3 years of experience in data analysis, data management, business analysis, or a similar analytical role
Good understanding of regulatory environments, ideally within DORA, ICT risk, operational resilience, or related financial regulations
Knowledge of third-party risk management, vendor governance, sourcing, or contract management will be considered an advantage
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across different business functions and seniority levels
High level of attention to detail, with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and compliance requirements
Experience working with Excel and data management or visualisation tools; familiarity with modern data platforms is beneficial
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into clear data structures, reporting frameworks, and operational processes
Experience in process design, documentation, data governance, or control frameworks is highly valued
Structured, analytical, and quality-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, stakeholder-focused approach
Comfortable operating within complex and highly regulated environments
Ability to balance project-driven initiatives with ongoing operational responsibilities
Nice to have
Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI
