Data Analyst & RISE (Contract)

Salary: ฿30,000 – ฿35,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales data of PC employees.

• Prepare and send Target information to employees each month via email.

• Generate related reports, such as sales reports, employee headcount, and attendance records.

• Manage and update backend system data, such as adding/changing product details in E-Count and verifying check-in/check-out data in the Great Day system.

• Support the calculation and preparation of employee commissions.

• Provide information and answer employee inquiries via Line OA.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stores, business partners, and Store Managers to drive sales of HP products and services.

• Plan and execute store visits within the assigned territory, including store mapping and Total Addressable Market (TAM) assessment for each store.

• Conduct market, competitor, and competitive marketing activity analysis (4Ps Intelligence) to identify opportunities and recommend business growth initiatives.

• Perform market research on Market Size, Share of Wallet, and other commercial data within the assigned territory to support business development and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

*** Excellent Excel / Power Query / Power BI / Dashboard

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Management, Economics, Data Management, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field are also considered.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Xlookup, IFS, SUMIFS, VBA).

• Experience with at least one data analysis tool, such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.

• Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).

- Work schedule: Mon - Fri 8.30 - 17.30
Location: U Chu Liang Building MRT Silom or BTS Sala Deang / This job is contract with Manpower.
