We are looking for a highly analytical, curious, and strategic individual to join our team as a

Business Operations / Commercial Analyst . In this role, you will partner closely with the

Market Head and Sales Director

to drive business performance, enable data-driven decision making, and support the overall commercial growth agenda. You will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights, identifying opportunities, raising risks, and influencing stakeholders across the organization. What You’ll Do Drive Commercial Performance Partner with Market Head and Sales Director to support revenue growth, order intake, and cash performance Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and P&L performance Support business reviews, forecasts, and market performance tracking Deliver Insightful Analysis Analyze performance trends, KPIs, and pipeline data to identify opportunities and risks Build forecasting models using trend analysis and relevant analytical tools Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership Be a Strategic Business Partner Act as a key liaison across Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Legal Communicate insights clearly and influence senior stakeholders Drive discussions with data-backed recommendations Lead Operational Excellence Improve and standardize business processes, reporting, and tools Support implementation of global operations initiatives at market level Drive continuous improvement programs across systems, metrics, and workflows Enable Business Rhythm Manage business cadence (e.g., weekly reviews, state-of-business calls) Develop materials, agendas, and communications for leadership forums Ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders Qualifications

Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Finance

(B2B environment preferred) Advanced skills in

Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI

(knowledge of MS Access/Business Objects is a plus) Experience with

forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting Familiarity with

SAP
