Data Analyst

SPM Professionals is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and support data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and integrate data using Python and SQL.
- Conduct statistical analyses and quantitative research using SPSS and Excel.
- Build and automate interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Use Python for predictive modelling and exploratory data analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Translate technical findings into clear and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data modelling.
- Strong experience with SPSS.
- Proven proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and dashboard design.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
