Data Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and identify growth opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and provide data-based recommendations.

• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality while continuously improving reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and present findings clearly.
