Data Analyst
- This is a part-time role (10 hours / week) for a 6-months contract.
- Start Date: January 2025
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly compliance reports while supporting the transition to process automation
- Deliver monthly compliance reports: Process and analyze datasets to ensure compliance with sales tax regulations
- Generate and validate reports: Prepare detailed, recurring monthly reports for client delivery
- Ensure accuracy: Review and verify data to maintain high precision in all reports
- Document processes: Maintain clear documentation of workflows and methodologies to ensure consistency and repeatability
- Collaborate with the team: Work with the Technical Success team to optimize processes and identify areas for improvement
- 2+ years of data analysis experience
- Proficiency with SQL
- Deep knowledge of advanced Excel
- Familiarity with API integrations and data aggregation tools
- Ability to manage large datasets with impeccable accuracy
- Ability to meet recurring deadlines efficiently and consistently
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Experience in a compliance-heavy or SaaS environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
