Data Analyst
Our US partner is a leader in new and recycled auto parts, as well as Automotive and Metal Recycling. The Auto Parts business unit provides certified new and recycled auto parts to body shops, car dealers, auto parts dealers, and walk-in retail customers.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our vehicle acquisition process. This role is responsible for evaluating vehicles using our software tools to determine accurate target acquisition prices and ensure proper part identification for pricing accuracy.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift, and on WFH setup after 6 months. Candidates must have their own computer equipment for the remote work transition.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze vehicle information using proprietary software tools to determine target acquisition prices.
Identify and verify accurate vehicle part numbers to ensure correct pricing.
Perform data analysis and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Navigate multiple software applications, browser tabs, and systems simultaneously.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets following the training period.
Continuously improve productivity while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively to ensure operational goals are achieved.
QUALIFICATIONS
Background in back-office operations, data entry, technical support, or similar BPO experience is preferred.
Entry-level candidates with strong computer literacy and analytical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Comfortable navigating multiple browsers, applications, and software tools simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, internet browsing, and general computer applications.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
