Roles Responsibilities: We are looking for a dynamic and execution focused Business Analyst to work closely with our leadership team on the development and scaling of new business initiative.
Responsibilities
- Research Opportunity Mapping: Explore new business domains, track trends, analyse competitors and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Concept Validation: Evaluate early stage concepts for feasibility and using structured frameworks.
- Operational Execution: Setup and manager workflows, Vendors, Processes and day- to-today operations for pilot projects.
- AG Automation Experiments: Collaborate with tech teams to design and implement small scale experiments using AI tools and platforms.
- User Discovery: Conduct user interviews, collect feedback, and translate insights into product or business tweeks.
- MVP Design: Contribute to feature scoping, wire framing, and defining the user journey for initial product launches.
- Metrics Reporting: Maintain, Concise documentation of learnings, playbooks and repeatable frameworks.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, documentation skills.
Skills Required
- 1+years of experience in working with innovation teams.
- Involved in product and/or service launches.
- Adaptable to ambiguity and fast-paced iterations.
- Proficient with no-code tools and platforms.
