The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, project performance monitoring, and business intelligence across the organization.
The role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, developing dashboards and reports, identifying trends and performance gaps, and supporting management with accurate, timely, and meaningful information. The Data Analyst will work closely with project teams, finance, procurement, HR, and management to drive data-driven decision-making and performance improvement.

systems.

2. Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
• Analyze operational, financial, procurement, project, HR, and performance data.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Support forecasting, planning, and performance measurement initiatives.
• Perform variance analysis and trend reporting.
• Translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights
3. Dashboard Development and Reporting
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports.
• Create executive-level reports for management and leadership teams.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and performance monitoring tools.
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Present findings clearly through charts, visualizations, and data storytelling
techniques.
4. ERP and Systems Analytics
• Extract and analyze data from ERP systems and organizational databases.
• Support ERP implementation, optimization, and reporting functions.
• Develop reports and analytics tools from ERP platforms.
• Work with system administrators to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure data consistency across integrated systems.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with: Project Management Teams, Finance Department, Procurement
Team, HR Department, Executive Management.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Support departments with customized reports and data insights.
6. Documentation and Compliance
• Maintain proper documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting
processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data management policies.
• Protect confidentiality and integrity of organizational information.
• Maintain audit-ready records of analyses and reports.
