資料分析師將解讀物流資料、產出營運 KPI 報告，並為台灣市場的業務決策提供分析支援。本職位將運用 SQL、Excel、大型資料環境與 ETL 工作流程，將結構化資料轉化為可靠的分析與報告。此職位需使用中文與英文和利害關係人合作，進行需求整合、分析說明與跨團隊知識移轉。
What will you do?
- 分析物流與營運資料，產出支援台灣市場決策的 KPI 報告。
- 使用 SQL 與 Excel 完成結構化資料的串接、篩選、核對及解讀。
- 維護 ETL 資料流，識別影響分析產出的資料品質問題。
- 製作分析報告，並以中文及英文向利害關係人說明分析結果。
- 整合跨部門需求，支援資料移轉與知識移轉活動。
- 負責儀表板及視覺化報告流程，將營運資料轉化為易於使用的業務資訊。
Basic Qualifications
- 具備資料分析經驗，包括營運 KPI 報告或分析報告的負責經驗。
- 具備 SQL 查詢建構、資料表串接、篩選及結構化資料分析能力。
- 具備使用 Excel 進行結構化分析及商業報告產出的能力。
- 具備大型資料環境或大規模資料集的處理經驗。
- 具備 ETL 工作流程、資料流維護或管線問題排查經驗。
- 具備中文及英文的工作溝通能力。
- 具備利害關係人管理經驗，包括跨部門專案協作或業務需求整合。
Preferred Qualifications
- 具備 BI 或視覺化工具、儀表板負責或視覺化報告流程經驗。
