DATA ANALYST - US MNC

Job Summary

You will extract data from 3PL platforms and transform it into clear insights and actionable plans to improve data accuracy and reporting reliability. Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards to support timely, data-driven decision-making. Identify data discrepancies, analyze root causes, and coordinate alignment across internal teams, suppliers, and 3PL vendors.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from 3PL platforms to generate accurate and actionable insights supporting project targets
• Transform raw data into clear reports and actionable plans that enhance data accuracy and reporting reliability
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau to enable timely decision-making
• Identify data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively
• Collaborate and drive alignment across internal teams, suppliers, and 3PL platform vendors to ensure data consistency

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree with 2 years of experience in data analysis and visualization
• Experience in ETL processes and dashboard maintenance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration

Other Information

• Contract duration: 1 year with completion bonus
• Work schedule: 5 days per week, hybrid work arrangement, centrally located office
