Data Analyst

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
• 2+ years working experience with relevant position
• Having experience in handling data related to subscription business process

Job Description:

• Perform exploratory data analysis on subscription business metrics (churn, retention, revenue, user behavior, etc.)
• Design and develop dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and initiative progress for Business and Product teams
• Build and maintain data marts for subscription-related data (dimensional modeling, fact/dimension tables)
• Perform regular and ad hoc report.
• Work closely with Business, Product, and Marketing teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions

Technical Skills:

• Advanced SQL (complex queries, window functions, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with dashboard tools (Metabase, Tableau, or Looker)
• Experience in data modeling and building data marts
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift) is a plus
