Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra | On-site

Experience: 0 -3 Years (freshers with a strong analytical mindset or experienced candidates)

Salary: (3 to 4 LPA)

Employment Type: Full-time (Independent / Individual Contributor Role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Independent Ownership: Take full ownership of data collection, data cleaning, analysis, and reporting without needing constant supervision.
• Business Insights: Analyze raw operational/business data and deliver clear, actionable insights to management.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and visual dashboards.
• Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks or trends using data and suggest practical solutions.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills:

• Core Tools: Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization).
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Advanced Excel , SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Mindset: Highly proactive, sharp, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Communication: Good communication skills to present data findings clearly to the team.
