Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a Data Analytic Translator ('AI Coach') to support the adoption and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across multiple departments. As an AI Coach, you will play a crucial role as a facilitator, advisor, and trainer, assisting teams in identifying valuable use cases, guiding them in the effective application of AI tools, and ensuring the alignment of deployed solutions with business objectives and regulatory standards. This role necessitates a unique combination of AI expertise, change management skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Main Responsibilities
The AI Coach will focus on the delivery of analytics use cases, overseeing their life cycle:
- Identify and prioritize use cases by assessing existing processes for automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather ideas and evaluate the feasibility/impact of AI solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots.
- Ensure projects align with business priorities and AI governance frameworks.
- Facilitate the day-to-day use of existing AI solutions to ensure effective adoption and productivity gains.
- Act as a liaison between teams and central AI departments.
- Raise awareness of AI opportunities and share best practices to foster innovation.
- Deliver training and workshops on the use of AI-powered tools.
Key Requirements
- Fluent in English; Dutch and French proficiency preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or relevant academic background in analytics.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models) and HR applications.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms.
- Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations.
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and training skills for workshops and presentations.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication, customer-oriented approach, curiosity, adaptability, and a problem-solving perspective.
- Outstanding analytical and technical aptitude.
- Empathetic, proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven.
