Data Analytics & Reporting Manager(3720)

The Data Analytics & Reporting Manager is responsible for developing and managing data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting solutions to support organizational decision-making and performance management. The role will lead the transformation of existing Excel-based trackers and manual reporting processes into automated dashboards and analytics solutions using Power Bl and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), providing management with accurate, real-time insights and performance visibility. • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Power Bl and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards and reporting solutions. • Transform existing Excel-based trackers, reports, and manual data processes into automated and scalable business intelligence solutions. • Design and maintain data models, KPls, scorecards, and executive dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making. • Integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, project controls systems, SharePoint, Excel databases, and other business applications. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and governance across reporting platforms. • Develop automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency. • Analyze business and project performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management. • Support portfolio, project, financial, commercial, and operational reporting requirements. • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective analytics solutions. • Establish reporting standards, templates, and data visualization best practices across the organization. • Provide training and support to users on Power Bl, SAC, and reporting tools. • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and leverage advanced analytics techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or performance management. • Advanced proficiency in Power Bl, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard development. • Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and enterprise reporting platforms. • Strong experience in data integration, ETL processes, and database management. • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. • Experience supporting project controls, PMO, finance, development, or portfolio management functions is preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Reduction in manual reporting and Excel-based tracking activities. • Increased automation and standardization of management reporting. • Improved data quality and reporting accuracy. • Timely delivery of executive dashboards and performance reports. • Enhanced visibility of organizational KPls, project performance, and business metrics.
